For your convenience we offer online payment for all tenants using our platform making the process quick and easy. Also, if you prefer you can visit our office to make the payment or through a wire bank transfer.
Superior maintenance service is provided in all our properties. Just call our office, make your ticket and we will schedule an appointment with our maintenance crew. It ‘s that easy!

We require a minimum of one year contract for residential leases and three years contract for commercial ones.
If you keep the unit in good condition and don’t inflict any damages on the property, then you will get your security deposit back at the end of your lease.
