AA Real Estate is a third generation family business built from the ground up currently engaged in the residential and commercial development and management of real estate through the purchase and sale of properties in Puerto Rico and Central Florida. We’ve built our company on the three main pillars of family, commitment and community.

Family
From a young age, Angel L. Suárez Jr. was introduced to the real estate business at the hands of his father, Angel L. Suárez Sr., a business developer and retail sales businessman. Every time he had the opportunity he visited the projects and learned the satisfaction of seeing the development of the land and properties, from its initial construction stage to its completion, a project that provides a living or business space that meets the tenant’s expectations. This experience awakens his interest in the fascinating and engaging real estate business.
AA Real Estate deals in residential and commercial property, buying, selling, developing, managing and leasing, and father and son work together on transactions.
