COVID-19 PROTOCOLS
Covid-19 Protocols
To reduce the impact of the conditions of the COVID-19 outbreak, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued the guidelines (OSHA 3992-03 2020) to follow on the Preparation of Workplaces for the COVID-19.
In compliance with these guidelines, we have taken the necessary measures to prevent and reduce the risks of contagion and spread of the COVID-19 virus in our facilities, thus protecting our employees, customers and visitors. Among the protection measures implemented for anyone who has access to our facilities are the following:
- Disinfectant solution to sterilize the soles of your shoes.
- Taking temperature of employees, visitors and customers, as well as a visual inspection for any evidence of symptoms.
- A “hand sanitizer” station will be provided in the reception area for the use of employees, customers and visitors.
- The use of a mask is required at all times.
- Informational signs throughout the company to promote hygiene and good breathing habits such as covering the mouth when coughing and sneezing.
- Process disinfecting, cleaning and deodorizing the entire office using a virus disinfection machine every two weeks.
In relation to our properties, the disinfection, cleaning and deodorization process is carried out as part of the cleaning protocol established when delivering a unit for rent. In addition we have established the following safety protocols:

- If signing a contract in person is preferred, we enforce standard office protocols as stated above.
Maintenance Service
- It is required that both the assigned staff and the tenant wear a mask while the service is offered.
