To reduce the impact of the conditions of the COVID-19 outbreak, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued the guidelines (OSHA 3992-03 2020) to follow on the Preparation of Workplaces for the COVID-19.
In compliance with these guidelines, we have taken the necessary measures to prevent and reduce the risks of contagion and spread of the COVID-19 virus in our facilities, thus protecting our employees, customers and visitors. Among the protection measures implemented for anyone who has access to our facilities are the following:
Disinfectant solution to sterilize the soles of your shoes.
Taking temperature of employees, visitors and customers, as well as a visual inspection for any evidence of symptoms.
A “hand sanitizer” station will be provided in the reception area for the use of employees, customers and visitors.
The use of a mask is required at all times.
Informational signs throughout the company to promote hygiene and good breathing habits such as covering the mouth when coughing and sneezing.
Process disinfecting, cleaning and deodorizing the entire office using a virus disinfection machine every two weeks.
In relation to our properties, the disinfection, cleaning and deodorization process is carried out as part of the cleaning protocol established when delivering a unit for rent. In addition we have established the following safety protocols:

If signing a contract in person is preferred, we enforce standard office protocols as stated above.
It is required that both the assigned staff and the tenant wear a mask while the service is offered.
